Greg Mittman

CEO

A thought leader in telecommunications and digital infrastructure, Greg has played a crucial role in transforming the consumer broadband market across the Asia-Pacific. He co-founded and served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at MyRepublic, one of Asia's fastest growing telecom providers. Greg is also a Global Chapter Chair of H2, a premier global leadership network for the digital industry. Originally trained as a lawyer, Greg is an expert at managing scale-ups, fundraising, navigating regulatory frameworks, M&A, and deal-making.

Ciaran Roe

Chief Commercial Officer

Ciaran brings 17 years of experience in commodity markets, covering LNG, gas, power, steel, battery metals, oil, and shipping. Instrumental in improving how several major global commodity markets function, his expertise includes managing complex data agreements, from media access and derived data to data licensing. Ciaran is also a recognised expert in government working groups and has contributed significantly at industry conferences and in the media, particularly on topics related to commodities and the energy transition.

Kah Chin Teo

Head of Bioenergy

Kah Chin brings over 15 years of experience in waste-to-green energy across Southeast Asia and Europe, spanning biogas and biomass plant engineering through business development for biomethane and bio-LNG projects. His expertise covers the techno-economics of project development, international renewable gas sales, and certification and chain-of-custody traceability. With past roles across both bioenergy developers and a global energy major, Kah Chin brings a practitioner's lens to HySights bioenergy market intelligence.

Yong Ye

Head of Hydrogen

With 20 years across industrial automation, cloud computing and clean energy, Yong is a recognised authority on China's hydrogen market, reaching >50,000 professionals weekly. Having led the overseas expansion at Green Power, one of China's leading green hydrogen electrolysis solution providers, and previously business development at Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud, Yong brings deep expertise in green hydrogen supply chains, digital infrastructure, and cross-border market development.

Peter Szklenar

Head of Aviation

With over 15 years delivering and supporting capital-intensive energy and green transition projects, Peter brings a rare combination of project management rigour and financial risk expertise to the aviation fuels space. At MOL Group, Peter led data-driven improvements to large-scale capital project systems and provided independent assurance on refinery, petrochemical, and renewable initiatives. Holding both PMP® and FRM® certifications, Peter's expertise lies in converting complex technical, market, and regulatory inputs into investment-ready insights.

Coen Ponsioen

Head of Maritime

From leading greenfield infrastructure projects at Vopak to advancing Singapore's low-carbon methanol bunkering ecosystem, Coen has been at the centre of some of the maritime industry's most significant energy transition infrastructure initiatives. With a background spanning front-end project development through to commercial origination, Coen brings first-hand experience across LNG, liquid CO2 solutions, hydrogen carriers, renewable industrial feedstocks, and renewable maritime fuels.

A seasoned marketeer with over a decade of experience, Enning's skill set spans brand development, content and creative direction, and marketing communications. In her previous roles, Enning successfully led an award-winning brand transformation, pioneered process improvements, enhanced digital engagement, and delivered impactful business results for startups and multinational companies alike.

Shin Ren Wong

Head of Finance & Operations

From M&A due diligence at PwC to statutory audits at Deloitte and cross-border advisory across Singapore and Malaysia, Shin Ren brings over 12 years of financial governance and compliance expertise. A Chartered Accountant with a track record in building lean financial systems and processes, Shin Ren leads finance and operations at HySights, keeping the business scaled for growth.
